Description - New Zealand Littleneck Clams, more traditionally known as the New Zealand Cockle.
These beautiful carefully managed clams are wild stocks and harvested in the brilliantly clear unpolluted waters of our Southern Pacific Ocean. All harvesting, processing, and packaging operations comply with the New Zealand government, USFDA and EU standards.
They have been purged, but its advisable to give them cold ice bath to help flush any residual sand.
