Ingredients

    •    coleslaw
    •    8 hot dog buns
    •    2/3 cup ketchup
    •    2 tbsps minced onion
    •    1 pack smoked sausages
    •    1/2 cup bourbon or cola soft drink
    •    2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

Method: Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large skillet over low heat; add sausage. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve on buns with Coleslaw.
